PSC SIGNED A MEMORANDUM (MOU) WITH MACQUARIE UNIVERSITY, AUSTRALIA.

 

Signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Macquarie University, Australia and Police Staff College, Bangladesh.

Macquarie University, Australia and Police Staff College Bangladesh signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance relations between them by developing academic interchange in teaching, research and other programs and activities. The Signing Ceremony is hosted by the Police Staff College Bangladesh November 28, 2017.

The ceremony was delighted with the gracious presence of Mr. A K M Shahidul Haque bpm, ppm, Inspector General of Bangladesh Police ; Her Excellency, Ms Julia Niblett, Australian High Commissioner to Bangladesh and Professor Dr Sherman Young, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Macquarie University, Australia. The delegates from Macquarie University Ms Kate Roth, Director, International Administration, Macquarie University and Mr. Tanveer Shaheed, Regional Director, South Asia & Middle East, Macquarie University were also present in the occasion. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. M. Sadiqur Rahman, Rector, Police Staff College Bangladesh.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) commits to work together more closely towards the common goal, the pursuit of the internationalization of education for both the institutes. Each side will pursue many significant activities, such as the promotion of educational and academic exchange between organizations; the promotion of study opportunities such as scholarships, guest lectureships, faculty development, study tour, joint training and research.

With the constant, continuous and dedicated efforts of the PSC staff, PSC makes this momentous success. This Memorandum of Understanding will be the best way to foster the mutual cooperation and to enhance their bilateral collaboration for mutual growth and development between the two organizations.
